The Top Three All-Time Scorers for the Syracuse Crunch


A former EMT with Rural Metro Medical Services, Kitty Doupe now resides in North Las Vegas, Nevada, where she is a project officer for a company that coordinates combat training exercises for the U.S. Air Force. An avid hockey fan, Kitty Doupe previously lived in Syracuse, New York, and was a season ticket holder of the American Hockey League (AHL) team the Syracuse Crunch. 

Currently affiliated with the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL), the Crunch previously maintained NHL affiliations with the Anaheim Ducks, Columbus Blue Jackets, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Vancouver Canucks. Below are the team's all-time leaders in points since its first season in the AHL in 1994:

1. Brad Moran - A 39-year-old native of Abbotsford, British Columbia, Moran registered 241 points in 334 games with the Crunch from 2000 to 2005. Selected in the seventh-round of the 1998 NHL Draft by the Buffalo Sabres, he played 8 games in the NHL and most recently played in 2016-17 for the Nottingham Panthers in England. 

2. Lonny Bohonos - Although he has 11 fewer points with the Crunch than Moran, Bohonos recorded his 230 points in only 199 games for an impressive points-per-game rate of 1.16. The Winnipeg, Manitoba native played for the team from 1994 to 1998. He also registered 35 points in 83 career NHL games.

3. Mark Hartigan - The franchise's all-time leader in goals with 107, Hartigan added 105 assists for 212 points in 221 career regular season games with the Crunch from 2003 to 2007. His best season was in 2005-06, when he managed 75 points in 49 games. He also played in 33 games for the Blue Jackets of the NHL that season.
